Guest at the specialist for the cement industry
Olaf Michelswirth, Managing Director of InterCem Engineering GmbH, and Andrias Sola, Managing Director of InterCem Installation GmbH, recently welcomed Oelde’s mayor Karin Rodeheger, business development officer Volker Combrink and Leonard Gromes, also from the business development department of the town of Oelde, to the company’s headquarters in the A2 industrial estate. They presented their company, which employs almost fifty people.
InterCem specialises in the implementation of integrated solutions for cement works companies. The administrative delegation was impressed by the fact that InterCem manages the entire process, from planning and design to implementation, commissioning and project management, in close cooperation with the customer. “We are delighted that InterCem, a genuine global player with special expertise, appreciates the advantages of Oelde as a business location and feels at home here,” emphasised Rodeheger.
The two Managing Directors Michelswirth and Sola can only agree with this – in line with the company’s own philosophy: “fast-fair-flexible – that’s what we all have to remain in order to continue our successful business development!” The discussions in the round table centred in particular on how good human resources management can succeed and how making companies and locations more attractive can help to attract well-trained specialists. In this context, both sides assured each other that they would remain in lively dialogue and continue to pull together with regard to Oelde as a business location.
