Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 godets, le flux de mat\u00e9riau est divis\u00e9 volum\u00e9triquement entre les deux brins de l\u2019\u00e9changeur thermique par un syst\u00e8me de canaux d\u2019air. L\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur est termin\u00e9 par deux vannes rotatives.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de comptage existant continuera d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation du d\u00e9bit total. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vateur \u00e0 godets, le d\u00e9bit est divis\u00e9 par un diviseur r\u00e9glable. Le mat\u00e9riau est achemin\u00e9 vers deux tr\u00e9mies de dosage par des canaux d\u2019air. Chaque brin individuel de l\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur est aliment\u00e9 par gravim\u00e9trie avec de la farine crue provenant des tr\u00e9mies de dosage \u00e0 l\u2019aide de doseurs \u00e0 d\u00e9bit massique. Le cru est ensuite achemin\u00e9 au point d\u2019alimentation par un convoyeur pneumatique court.<\/p>\n<p>Intercem a pris en charge la commande pour la mesure de la surface correspondante dans le b\u00e2timent de l\u2019\u00e9changeur de chaleur \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un scanner 3D et la livraison, l\u2019installation et la mise en service de l\u2019installation technique de process.
