Al Bana Cement Factory orders 2000 t/d clinker production line

Al Bana Cement Factory, United Arab Emirates, signed a contract with Transorga Cement AG, Switzerland to deliver and install a clinker production line of 2.000 tons per day.

Under the project name "Phase 2" the kiln line will be placed in Fujairah and is the second order from Al Bana Cement Factory to Transorga/Intercem. The project includes a new 5-stage preheater tower, pre-calziner, short rotary kiln, grate cooler and further peripheries from quarry to cement dispatch.

Within "Phase 1" Intercem actually designs and delivers a new raw material mill for Al Bana Cement Factory. The production line for Al Bana is the second important kiln project in the United Arab Emirates, after the kiln upgrade at Sharjah Cement Factory, which Intercem has successfully finished in this month (October 2007).
