Raw mill | Even while the project to increase the capacity at Sharjah Cement Factory (Project 1) was taking place Intercem was commissioned to supply a raw material grinding plant with a throughput of 180 tonnes per hour.
This project was supplied EXCLUSIVELY WITH NEW COMPONENTS. The tube mill with a diameter of 4.6 m and a length of 10. 5 m has a drying chamber with an additional length of 3 m. The ball mill has a central drive with a rating of 3500 kW.
Intercem provided all the design engineering, the documentation, supervision of the construction and the commissioning.
The plant was taken over by the client with the final acceptance certificates in May 2008.
