The projects selected from the plants that we have built show examples of the flexibility that Intercem can offer its clients.
Project 1 shows the example of a kiln conversion. An old long kiln with planetary coolers was converted into a modern kiln system. Instead of the former 800 t/d the modern short kiln with 5-stage preheater, calciner, new grate clinker cooler and ultramodern filter technology now produces 2200 tonnes of clinker per day. The special feature of this kiln upgrade in the Arab Emirates was the very short phase of only 10 weeks while production was interrupted. Most the conversion work was carried out while the plant was in operation.
Project 2 describes a raw meal grinding plant that was planned, supplied and commissioned entirely on the basis of NEW components. At the client’s request
Project 3 included used | modernized parts as well as new components.
